Yesterday, while eating lunch with my wife, younger daughter, and grandson at a local taco shop, the kid took an interest in this painting...
Maybe "an interest" isn't the right phrase. He was SPOOKED! Mariah, Ellie (his mom), and I wondered WHY Riot was so entranced by the image. (I took this photo looking up from my seat, which is why it's all distorted, but I think that helps...) After some discussion, and particularly upon seeing the look of horrific suspicion on the grandkid's face, we decided that the painting might be haunted. No proof. No evidence, even... Just a supposition. But what do YOU think? Haunted? (The mustache is, for sure!)
Here's the kid later in the day, not looking particularly frightened because the painting didn't come home with us! (Ha!)
