Saturday. I'm not in the park. It's not quite the 4th of July... (This is what happens when I don't PLAN before I type. Lyrics from the band, CHICAGO, slip into my brain and leak out onto the screen...)
Anyway... I've been a bit on the GLUM side lately, not for any PARTICULAR reason (although there have been some sad moments lately: R.I.P. Lucifer the Cat...) Still, the rest of us are up and moving, and that's something!
I've been primarily soothing myself with MUSIC in the recent weeks (and booze, but I recommend the music, personally.) I'm wondering what kind of direction my ART ENERGIES should be focused at the present time. I have asked the SPIRITS to give me a sign in my dreams, but they are being tight-lipped (or my brain is too fuzzy to received any messages right now.) I'll keep working on it. Doing some THINKING; perhaps I'll even do a FLOW CHART or two, just to get a feel for the prevailing wind situation... AND in the interim:

Lately, I've been trying to pay more attention to the LITTLE THINGS and notice when I find something interesting or enjoyable. I've been taking more pictures of toys and advertising and coloring books and whenever I see a weird image or shadow or whatever. Keeps me ENGAGED in the act of being HERE - RIGHT NOW!!!
