"Blue Monster and Fanged Bird" (2018)

Blue Monster wasn't always amused by Fanged Bird's "clever" puns or slick word-play, but he was pretty sure that the crazy Bird knew where old Horned Snake had hidden his SECRET TREASURE STASH before the snake disappeared into the Dimension of Relatively Pleasant Dreams...so Blue Monster spent as much time with Fanged Bird as he could, hoping the feather-head would let some clue to the treasure's whereabouts slip from his stupid beak. However!!! Fanged Bird was no fool, though he often pretended to be, and he could read Blue Monster like a large-print book.

So one day, while he was making a clever (and very humorous) comparison between a pelican and a robotic mop, Fanged Bird PRETENDED to drop a hint about old Horned Snake's secret treasure stash being in a cave on top of Poisonous Spider Mountain! (Actually, Fanged Bird had no idea where old Horned Snake hid his treasure, but he liked to mess with the folks who thought he knew---because Fanged Bird was a bit sadistic.) Just before Blue Monster left on his sudden "vacation," Fanged Bird asked if he could borrow some money from the monster, just until Tuesday, and Blue Monster agreed, assuming that he would be rich in just a few days!

And so Blue Monster left on his adventure to Poisonous Spider Mountain---AND HE WAS NEVER SEEN AGAIN!

And Fanged Bird got to keep the money! Ha! (Clever bird!)
